Do you move furniture?
Yes. Furniture moving is included in the installation plan and listed in your written estimate.
Do you remove and haul away old flooring?
Yes. Typical South Florida removal costs about $1.50–$4.50 per sq ft when priced separately, with carpet near $1.50–$2.50 and tile near $4–$4.50. Your quote shows exactly what applies.
How do you handle slab moisture?
We test concrete slabs before installation and specify the proper moisture barrier, adhesive, or floor system for the measured conditions.
Can you meet condo sound requirements?
Yes. Florida Building Code calls for STC 50 and IIC 50 between units, or 45 when field-tested. Many associations require more, and hard floors typically need acoustic underlayment around Delta IIC 20 or better.
Are ground-floor condos different?
Ground-floor units are usually exempt from floor-to-ceiling sound requirements, but the association's written rules still control.
How long will installation take?
Timing depends on material, square footage, removal, and preparation. Your written estimate includes a project schedule before work begins.
What warranty is included?
